Nitroplus and 5pb has released their newest visual novel entitled Steins;Gate - released for the Xbox 360 (hoping that it will get ported to the PC soon). This is set one year after the events in Chaos;Head and yes, is an indirect sequel and will not have much content concerning the previous game. According to Tatsuya Matsuhara, producer of the game, this will be Nitroplus’ second installment for their ‘Science Novel’ stories and will feature Akihabara as its main setting. Other fun facts include concept of time, space, and time travel in this story.
